When a customer faces synchronization issues with objects between the source and target environments in Directory Sync Pro for Active Directory, the following information is required for troubleshooting:
Number of objects impacted (ie. Single User/Group, Multiple User/Group, All Users or All Groups)
Export of the DirSync Profile Setting:
An export of the Sync/Sync Report Log (set to High):
List and/or Screen print of the Users and/or Groups that encounter the Sync issue:
The agent log which located at C:\Program Files (X86)\Binary Tree\ADPro Agent\
