Permissions needed in Security Explorer to make folder security settings changes
Description
A new user is added to the Local Administrator group where Security Explorer is installed; however, is not able to make changes to folders in a remote server from the NTFS Security module.
The following error message is displayed:
Resolution
The new user needs to be added to the AD Domain Admins group in order to manage folders in remote servers from the NTFS Security module in Security Explorer Console. In case, the user can't be added to the Domain Admins group, should be added to the Local Administrator group in the remote servers where folders are going to be managed.
