Each alert has default values set for the Warning and Critical thresholds. The DC specific thresholds can be configured per DC or globally for all DCs. The other alerts for Site, Domain and Forest can be modified as well.
Resolution
Login to the AA server with Admin credentials
Open the ActiveAdministrator directory. This is the directory that is shared as ActiveAdministrator and is typically under C:\
Under the DACache folder edit the file that corresponds to the alert type you want to modify
Default-DomainConfiguration.xml – Controls the global thresholds for Domain specific alerts
Default-DomainControllerConfiguration.xml – Controls the global thresholds for the DC specific alerts
Default-ForestConfiguration.xml – Controls the global thresholds for the Forest specific alerts
Default-SiteConfiguration.xml – Controls the global thresholds for the Site specific alerts
Scroll down to the first <Alerts> section and from there search down for the name of the alert for which you want to modify the thresholds
Each alert has a <Thresholds> section with Warning and Critical values. Modify the values to better suit your environment needs.
Save the changes to the file and restart the AA server or all the AA services.
