1. Open "run" and type "wmimgmt.msc."
2. Right Click "WMI control (Local)" and Click on "Properties."
3. If there is an error, in the "General Tab" you should see "Failed to initialize all required WMI Classes."
4. In this case since this is a Windows error the workaround is to reset the WMI repository.
5. From a CMD window type "winmgmt /resetrepository"
6. Restart the Quest AD Migrator Agent Service.
