Change Auditor roles
Resolution

CA administrators have full permissions to execute, create, move, rename, delete new searches and all settings in the console.

Operators can only execute, kind of read-only users who can run the searches but cannot save changes to the settings.

You can create custom groups for those operators whom you want to have extra permissions but do not wish to make them administrators yet.
