Customize Spotlight alarms to exclude Job runtime alarms after an Availability Group has failed over and exclude Backup alarms after an Availability Group has failed over.

User wants to customize the following Spotlight Alarms - 

Exclude Job runtime alarms after an Availability Group has failed over.
Description: When same SQL agent jobs configured on primary and secondary replicas. When a database fails over, user gets alarms saying the job runtime is 400% longer than usual, because for many weeks that job had nothing to do.

Exclude Backup alarms after an Availability Group has failed over.
Description: When a database fails over from a primary to secondary replica, user gets alarms saying the database has not backed up in the last 24 hours.
