Certificate installation from the Certificate repository fails with the error message "The RPC server is unavailable. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800706BA)"

Trying to do a certificate installation from the Certificate repository to a server and it fails with the error message "The RPC server is unavailable. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800706BA)".
 

The certificate installation process requires to have WMI permissions... if the account used doesn't have enough permissions it will fail. 

To confirm if the you have enough permission, you can do the following test:

- Login to the AA server with the service account and launch Computer Management
- Connect to the affected server
- Expand Services and Applications and right click over WMI Control and select properties... If you have access you should be able to see the server specs, but if not you will get an Access denied error.

If you see the error provide WMI access to the service account.
