Description
Cache Credential job is failing with the following error
(BT-CredentialCache) Result code: 1 GetCred.exe returned a failure code of 1 -
Cause
There is a timeout setting that is too short on your Cache Credential job or the end user is cancelling the pop up box.

Resolution
Review and increase timeout setting or ask the end user to enter target credentials instead of cancelling
