The Configuration Manager and Report Manager consoles log in automatically to the Enterprise Reporter Server and there is no connection dialog to input the server and port information.
In Enterprise Reporter 3.5 the "Do not show login" option was introduced, so whenever you open the Configuration Manager or Report Manager consoles, you can skip the connection dialog prompt. To disable this option, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Configuration Manager or Report Manager console.
2. Click Configuration.
3. Click the "Manage bypass of the login screen" option.
4. Enable/Check the "Show the login dialog at startup" setting.
5. Click OK.
The next time the console is launched, you should see a connection dialog field to input the appropriate Enterprise Reporter Server information.
NOTE: This must be done on each console separately. If you are unable to launch the console due to connection issues, usually you are prompted with a connection dialog.
