Patch to add support for HPE LTO-9 45000 Drive.

This patch should be applied to any NetVault: Backup version 12.4.x through 13.1.x to add support for HPE LTO-9 45000 Drive.

This patch should be applied to any NetVault: Backup version 12.4.x through 14.0.x to add support for HPE LTO-9 45000 Drive.

Note:

If the issue persists after confirming the patch installation, perform the following steps to resolve potential transient communication issues:

1. Remove the tape library/drive from the NetVault server via the NetVault WebUI.
2. Power Cycle the Hardware. Physically power off the HPE tape library/drive, wait a few moments, and then power it back on.
3. Re-add the tape library and drive in the NetVault WebUI.
