Try the following:
1- Create a new copy of this report by copying the report from Report Library | Active Directory to My Reports.
2- Modify the Users not logged on in the last (days) parameter to the amount of days that you want to specify as a timeframe.
3- Run the report and confirm if the data now shows correctly.
If the data is correct, you may delete de old copy and keep this new report and publish it if needed.
