Unable to Fix Non-Compliant OU in GPOADmin

To resolve this issue, manually reset the object state in the database.

Steps

1. Identify the GPOADmin ID (VersionControlID) of the affected object:

   • Right-click the object in GPOADmin
   • Select Properties
   • Copy the GUID

2. Execute the following SQL query against the GPOADmin database:

1. Replace <GUID> with the actual VersionControlID of the affected OU.

Result

After running the query:

• The object will be reset to a valid and compliant state
• The following actions will become available again:
  • Check Compliance
  • Incorporate
  • Rollback / Promote (as applicable)

Important Notes Ensure you have a valid database backup before making direct changes. This action should be performed only for affected objects. If multiple objects are impacted, repeat the process for each VersionControlID.
