Certificates Installed on machines via AA do not appear in CertMgr.msc or CertLM.msc on the machine
Resolution

This is a known issue where the certificates installed with AA are not showing in the native tools.
However verifying the certificates with other tools or PowerShell on the target machine shows that the certificate is active and valid on the target machine.

Defect ID: VSTS000407196

This issue was resolved in AA version 8.7.
