Description

Does the event data received from the Workstation Agent contain date/time generated on the local machine and date/time ingested in the database?
Resolution

The event details will show the date/time from the windows event log, and the event history entry time will show the time that any alerts were triggered by an event and when it was processed by the Active Administrator server. There is no visible "database entry" time. The time will be noted when the event is processed by the notification service and appropriate notifications are sent and the event history entry is written.
