Cannot Access Any Module From The Console After Installing Active Administrator Version 8.6.x.
Description
No module from Active Administrator Console can be accessed after installing version 8.6.x. When you click on any of the modules simply nothing happens, and the screen stays the same.
Cause
Installation files were extracted without unblocking the zip file containing these files. It appears that the zip file gets blocked by the security software when downloaded from our support site:
Resolution
To resolve this issue you may try the following:
Uninstall Active Administrator.
Unblock Active Administrator 8.6.x.xxx Build.zip by right-click this file, then click on properties, and check Unblock.
Extract new installation files.
Install Active Administrator.
Once the installation is complete, the console works as expected and all modules are accessible now.
