Built-in Administrator account isn't fully functional after Clean OS recovery
Description

When running a Forest Clean OS restore for the DCs, they could get stuck in the step "Ensure group policies are applied".
Cause

There is some UAC inconsistency that prevents the built-in account from working normally.
Receive the following error message if you open Windows settings -> Network -> Adapter settings
Resolution

The following workaround solves the issue.
Setting Admin Approval Mode for the built-in Administrator account policy to enabled solves the issue.

A Defect request was submitted to have this issue resolved in a future release of RMAD.
