Hotfix for ApplicationServers-Nexus 5.9.6.4
Description

Nexus requires a lot of memory when traces are actively being collected. Nexus also tend to slow up application server start up when agents connect to an under-performing Nexus.
Cause
Resolution
Determining if this patch is needed
- If you notice Nexus being slow to respond especially during application server startup
- If Nexus would run out of memory when there are active tracing happening on the agent
- If no request data is seen even after the agent starts up and connects to Nexus
Installing this patch
- This is not a standalone cartridge. You need to upgrade from any older 5.9.x version of the ApplicationServers-Nexus cartridge. This patch applies to both ApplicationServers-Java and ApplicationServers-DotNet cartridges
- Already running Nexus Agent(s) are automatically upgraded when nexus cartridge in upgraded. Any non-running Nexus agent would need to be upgraded from ApplicationServers-Administration dashboard before letting any agent connect to it.

- ApplicationServers-Nexus Cartridge version would show up as 5.9.6.4
- Nexus agent versions would show up as 5.9.6.4
