Why does a Smart Label misses machines when the test showed the correct amount of machines? -
Description
When creating a Device Smart Label, the amount of computer visible when clicking the Test button differs from the amount in the actual Smart Label after creation.

Cause
When clicking the Test button at the Smart Label creation screen, all Computer matching the criteria will be listed.
A Computer Smart Label is a SQL script that will be run and applied each time that a Computer is sending an Inventory to the SMA.
As a result, the Computer Smart Label will be applied progressively as the Computers check in.

Resolution
Solution 1
- Wait for all Computer to check in their Inventory, this will depend whether the Computer is Powered On and on the Inventory Interval.
Solution 2
- Select all the Computers required from the Inventory | Devices then click Choose Action and Force an Inventory.
Note: Forcing too many Computers to check in simultaneously can impact the SMA performances.
