Can the date format of the reports be changed to DD/MM/YYYY?
Description
Default format in the reports is MM/DD/YYYY, we would like to receive reports with a date format of DD/MM/YYYY.
Modifying the date format for the required filed in Report Layout Section doesn't work. It seems the functionality is not working.

The date format is hardcoded in the code that supports CSV export
Enhancement request 350970 was submitted to add date formatting for CSV exports. This will be evaluated for inclusion in a future release of Enterprise Reporter.
