Change Auditor alerts fail to send to the Change Auditor server, and the "Test SMTP" button in the Change Auditor Client also fails.
The following is recorded in the Change Auditor Coordinator log:
SMTP Exception: Failure sending mail. System.Net.Mail.SmtpException: Failure sending mail. ---> System.Net.WebException: Unable to connect to the remote server ---> System.Net.Sockets.SocketException: An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions 10.1.1.1:25
Troubleshoot local and network firewall as well as antivirus software to confirm that the Change Auditor server can communicate on port 25.
