Permissions are not written correctly to target after Secure Copy job
Description
The files and folders on the target device can exhibit missing permissions after a copy job.
Cause
In some Secure Copy jobs, a multi-threading race condition issue can occur which may result in permissions being set incorrectly for some target files.
