Description

What Internet browsers are supported by the Quest Knowledge Portal (QKP)?
Cause

Some customers may wish to use different Internet browsers to access the Quest Knowledge Portal (QKP).
Resolution

Quest Knowledge Portal only supports the use of the Microsoft Internet Explorer browser, even the latest version of QKP that was released supports only Internet Explorer version 7 and above, no other browsers are listed as supported in the "ReleaseNotes.htm" under the "System Requirements" section.
