Incremental copy job runs - but number of files/folders differs between source and target (4354166)

1. Syncrhonization functions are not enabled in the copy job.

2. Other file systems exist on the Target volume independent of the folders and shares created by Secure Copy.

1. Open the Synchroniztion function of the Secure Copy job.  If the option to "Specify Files To Purge" is enabled, files that have been deleted from the Source will also be deleted from the Target volume.  The Target will mirror the Source.

2. Use a third party utility to compare the contents of the Source and Target volumes. Identify which files and/or storage sub system does not exist at all on the Source.
