Secure Copy includes an option to "copy offline/stub files".
This option causes files that have been archived to be recalled from storage, so that the original file is copied to the Target path instead of the stub file.
In some environments, after being recalled and copied, the hidden file attribute that indicates a file is offline (O) is not reset properly.
Backup software or other utilities that rely on the file attributes may not work properly.
