Why are all buttons on the menu bar are grayed out?
Description

The user opens the Secure Copy console and observes that all of the icons across the top of the screen are grayed out.
Cause

The buttons are only available when the 'Jobs' tab is selected.
Resolution

Select the 'Jobs' tab in the lower left corner of the Secure Copy navigation screen.
