How does one Purge or Clean old data from an InTrust Repository to reduce the total size and retention time?

Some customers may wish to clean up their InTrust Repository to match their required data retention time.

To Purge old data from an InTrust Repository, do the following:

- Navigate to "Quest InTrust Manager | Workflow | Tasks"
- Right-click and create a "new Task", click "Next | Next | Finish".
- Inside of this "new Task", right-click and create a "new Job", click "Repository Cleanup | Next | Select the Repository you wish to clean up | Next | Older than 'X Timeframe', for example '1 Year' | Next | Select the InTrust server to run the job against (should choose the closest InTrust Server in relation to the Repository location) | Next | Next | Finish".
- Commit these changes in the InTrust Manager.
- Either right-click on this new Task and choose Run OR Schedule this new Job to run on a daily bases for example.
