Secure Copy jobs contain settings for 'Thread count', 'Batch count', 'Retry on Locked files', and other settings on the 'Performance' tab of each job, which can tune performance. How to change the default performance settings within Secure Copy?
Open the Secure Copy Console and select Tools | New Job Options (Default settings for all newly created jobs)
The default performance settings can be edited from this screen to fine tune the options for increased performance in any environment.
