The Secure Copy application produces log files with .SCL extension.
At times, similar log files are produced in the Logging folder that have the extension .SCLT
What is the purpose of the .SCLT files?
Secure Copy includes a Test job functionality where 10,000 test files are copied from the Source path to a Target path. Test data on the target machine is automatically removed upon test completion. This feature tests network performance with live data to estimate migration job time.
.SCLT files are logs produced when using the Test job functionality.
The files can be deleted or saved as reference for future copy jobs.
