Secure Copy needs to be installed on another server, or Technical Support has requested the Secure Copy license key as part of troubleshooting.
The license key is contained in the original Email provided by Quest Software (formally Quest Software) when Secure Copy was purchased.
Alternately, open the Secure Copy 6.5 console and click on the link "License Status" at the top of the window.
Click the "Change License" button in the License Status window.
The Product Registration Wizard appears. Copy the Secure Copy license key seen in the edit field and paste it into an Email to Technical Support, or into the case notes in the Quest Support Portal. Then click "Cancel" on the Product Registration Wizard to preserve the existing key.
