"Error 0x80070005. Delivery Failed" Error Message is logged while MessageStats subscription is executed.

Cause
This issue can occur if SMTP Server specified is no longer relaying messages for MessageStats machine.

Resolution
Confirm the Exchange Server specified for relaying subscriptions is still valid and allows relaying messages for MessageStats machine. Either:1. Change the SMTP Server Name specified in the Subscriptions Properties on the MessageStats Web Site, or
2. Allow relaying for MessageStats machine.
