Unable to book a Notes resource from Exchange. The Contacts for the resources have been created with CMN Directory Connector and both mail routing and Free/Busy lookups work properly.
When the booking is sent from Outlook, the following happens:
Further investigation shows that the received reservation is using "Notice" forms, while normal, Domino, reservations are using Reservation forms.
Start the Mail Connector and the following will be seen in the CMN.log
2013-10-08 05:23:26,378 WARN CMN.logging [4] - Failed to load the file named 'Q:\Software\ResourceMap.tsv' because the file does not exist or could not be read. CMN will not provide any resource mapping.
2013-10-08 05:23:26,409 INFO CMN.logging [4] - Configuration Loaded.
Despite the log stating that the Configuration was loaded and the ResourceMapping appearing in the relevant section of the GUI, the file was not loaded correctly.
1- Move the file (ResourceMapping) from its remote server location to the CMN Mail Connector server. Preferably place it in the default location under the Mail Connector Directory
2- Restart the Mail Connector and when a Meeting invitation is sent it will be processed correctly in Notes
