Directory Export, "Error: (4863)-Bulk load data conversion error (truncation) for row 1, column 1" (4348026)

When running the Directory Export wizard in Notes Migrator for Exchange (NME) to read the Domino Names and Address Book (NAB), there are no objects populated in the NME40DB and the following error can be found in the Directory Export log file:
