Migrator for Notes to Exchange version 4.10.1.17 and later have been enhanced to recognize and provision external group members added to Notes by SMTP address. NME has been enhanced to recognize the following forms of external group members added to a Notes group:
Display Name <user@domain.com>
\"Display Name\" <user@domain.com>
user@domain.com
This new functionality can be activated using the following procedure:
1.) Open the MFNE Migration Manager
2.) Click the Menu Button | Edit Global Default Settings
3.) Search for a [DirectoryExport] heading. If the heading does not exist, create it at the bottom of the file.
4.) Add the parameter, "AllowFullMailboxAddresses=1" underneath the [DirectoryExport] heading.
5.) Re-run the Directory Export wizard in MFNE.
6.) Run the Group Provisioning operation in MFNE.
