Error, "Can't find connector 'GenericLDAPConnector'" or "CreateConnection unable to create new GenericLDAPConnector connector for N2E - Resources_src" -
Description
In some environments, upon a new install of the Coexistence Manager for Notes (CMN) Directory Connector, and trying to run a new connector for the first time it may show as "running" for a few seconds, then stop after approximately 30 seconds. You may also find the following error in the CMN.wlog:
"Can't find connector 'GenericLDAPConnector'"
or
"CreateConnection unable to create new GenericLDAPConnector connector for N2E - Resources_src"

Cause
This is typically caused by an incomplete install of the CMN Directory Connector software. The following directory is most likely missing from the installation:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Dell\Coexistence Manager for Notes\Directory Connector\tools\GenericLdapConnector

Resolution
The following steps should resolve this issue:
1.) Open Control Panel | Programs and Features
2.) Uninstall the CMN Directory Connector.
3.) Navigate to the CMN installer and reinstall the CMN Directory Connector.
