Please do the following:
1. Close Toad Data Point X.x
2. Go to the following path
C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Roaming\Quest Software\Toad Data Point X.x\Layouts
3. Create a new folder inside this path and name it BACKUP
4. Located the QueryBuilder.xml file and move it to the BACKUP folder
5. Once you no longer have the QueryBuilder.xml file on the previous path then
6. Open Toad Data Point X.x
7. Open a Query Builder
8. Verify results
