Cannot access the UNIX Monitor feature
Description

I am unable to access the UNIX Monitor feature. It is not listed in the Database | Monitor menu.
Resolution

The UNIX Monitor is only available if you have the DBA module enabled. You can verify if you have the DBA module enabled by going to Help | About. Make sure that "DBA" is listed as one of the options.

If DBA is not listed, you will need to purchase a license for the DBA module if you wish to use the UNIX Monitor. You can contact your account sales representative to help you with the purchase. If you do not know who your sales representative is, email sales@quest.com or call 1(800) 306-9329 and inform the operator that you would like to speak to a sales representative.
NOTE:
The Unix Monitor has been removed in TFO version 13.x, but not totally as of yet since you can manually add it back. In a future release, it would be totally removed.
• The Unix Job Scheduler and Unix Monitor have been removed from the interface, but are still usable through menu customization.
To manually add it back in the Menu, right-click a blank area of the Toolbar | click “Customize Toolbars” | go to ‘Commands’ tab | highlight ‘Monitor’ | then from the right panel, drag ‘Unix Monitor’ back to the Database menu | Monitor menu (or another location of your choice).
If you want to tell our TFO Developers to not remove 'Unix Monitor', please submit a 'Toad Idea Pond' post on it via https://forums.toadworld.com/c/toad-for-oracle/idea-pond.
