Archive Manager was not fully certified for use with MAPI CDO build 6.5.8165 dated 4/5/2010 at the time of the Archive Manager 4.3 release.
MAPI CDO build 6.5.8165 dated 4/5/2010 is now supported on Windows 2003 with Archive Manager 4.3 and Archive Manager 4.1.2. (Please note that MAPI CDO build 6.5.8165 dated 4/5/2010 on Windows 2008 R2 was supported at the time of the Archive Manager 4.3 release.) Older versions of MAPI installed by customers are still supported.
Installation

This MAPI package cannot be installed by upgrading. Users must uninstall their current version of MAPI prior to installing MAPI CDO build 6.5.8165 dated 4/5/2010.

1. Stop all Archive Manager Services.

2. Uninstall the current MAPI version.

3. Install MAPI CDO build 6.5.8165 dated 4/5/2010.

4. Restart all Archive Manager Services.
