What are the minimum Domino permissions required to sync contacts in the Notes to Exchange direction? -
Description
In some coexistence projects, it may be determined that the CMN Directory Connector should only sync contacts in the Notes to Exchange direction. -
Resolution
There are two places in Domino where permissions will need to be assigned in order to allow the Notes user, provided in the CMN Directory Connector configuration, access to the Domino Directory via LDAP:
1.) In the Domino Administrator | Files | Right-click Domino Directory | Access Control | Manage:
At least "Reader" rights are required:
2.) In the Domino Administrator | Files | Right-click Domino Directory | Access Control | Manage | Advanced:
The Maximum Internet name and password should be set to at least "Reader".
