The following error can be seen in the CMN Directory Connector log file:

fullname: CN=UserFirstName MI UserLastName,OU=,O=;CN=UserFirstName MI UserLastNameMake sure that the UniqueId value is unique for each object.
Two or more objects in the Notes environment have the same first entry in the "User name" (FullName) field.
WORKAROUND
Remove the duplicate entry.
