MNE not migrating all calendar items, migration item count is also lower than expected.
Description

When migrating a user with Migrator for Notes to Exchange, not all calendar items are being migrated. Also, the item count on the migration progress screen appears to be lower than expected and missing calendar items.
Cause

In this particular case, "MigrateReservationsAlways=1" was enabled in the MNE Global Default Settings. The "MigrateReservationsAlways=1" is designed to only be enabled when migrating customized Notes resource reservation databases.
Resolution

The "MigrateReservationsAlways=1" parameter should be removed from the [Notes] heading in the MNE Global Default Settings when migrating Notes users.

The following cautionary note regarding this parameter can be found in the Parameters Reference: Caution: This parameter should be enabled only when migrating resource reservations. Other uses may cause calendar items to be incorrectly migrated to mailboxes instead of to Outlook calendars.
