When restoring the entire registered private mail store, the wizard opens with a restore mailboxes to separate PST files. Is it possible for Recovery Manager for Exchange to restore Mailboxes to their respective online mailboxes?
No, this functionality does not exist in Recovery Manager for Exchange.
WORKAROUND:
At present, you can restore mailboxes to their respective mailboxes one at a time.
1. Expand the Registered Private Store
2. Right Click on the Mailbox to be restored
3. Choose Restore Mailboxes to a registered storage.
4. In the Select Target Storage Box Choose Add. This will Launch the Welcome to the Add Storage Wizard
5. In the Select How to Add Storage box choose Access online Exchange Server
6. Choose Mailbox then Next
7. Specify the Exchange Server Name and the Mailbox Name then click Next
8. One the Wizard is finished the Target is registered.
9. Expand the Storage, you must be able to authenticate as the owner of the mailbox.
10. Choose the destination for the restore within the Mailbox. *Note: This can be the top level Mailbox itself.
11. Click Next to Launch the restore. This will restore the content into the live online mailbox that you have registered.

Enhancement request 1667 has been submitted to Development for consideration in a future release of Recovery Manage for Exchange.
