All Mailboxes on a Mail Server are not being archived.
The Mail Server is not enabled for store management in Archive Manager Administration.
1. Open the Archive Manager Web Interface as an Archive Manager Administrator
2. Enter Archive Manager Administration and navigate to Mail Servers
3. Select the properties of Mail Server that you want to enable
4. Select the Check box 'Enable Store Manager'
5. Assign a Mail Server Policy (optional)
