QCS synchronizes a group with 3000 members, later this limit was reached and exceeded, QCS reported a warning.
Later a new license was obtained and installed, after adding another 500 users to the group nothing happened, additional 500 users were not synchronized.
According to Release Notes in such case a re-publication is required.
Re-publication was performed and all 3500 objects were successfully synchronized.
However tool still produces a warning and reports that the number of synchronized objects was exceeded.
