Office365 agent is unable to collect data from Government Community Cloud (GCC) High platform (4344487)

The agent uses Microsoft Graph API that includes Service Health and Report data API for traditional Office 365 domains however according to Microsoft, Reports related APIs are currently not supported  in GCC High Cloud environment/s. There is no similar or any other Microsoft API for Office 365 Government domains that collects the data we need. Service Health and Report data is almost 70 percent of the data collections. Without such data, many dashboard will be empty.

As a result, we may not be able to support Office 365 Government accounts until a native API becomes available.
