Although most of the migrations processed with the installation of Migrator for Notes to Exchange (MNE) have worked successfully, there is a problem migrating some users mail. The migration job starts but gets to the same point on repeated attempts and either times out or the MNE Migration processes has to be terminated using the Task Manager. The resulting logs show a combination of the errors below:
10:57:00 ERROR: [7272-19-34-00000000] Unable to manage worker processesThe Lotus Notes Client APIs are experiencing difficulties exporting a specific document to RTF.
Open the system temp directory (%temp%) and there locate log files being written for the time of the migration. There should also be a large (over 100MB) RTF0000dsd0000000.tmp file being written to the directory. The file name will vary but usually starts with RTF*.tmp.
Using the following Parameter in the MNE Global Default Settings:

ForceOldNxRTFdll=1
