Delays occur when using MNE to Provision against Office 365 with local AD and MS Dirsync (4343593)

Delays occur when using Migrator for Notes to Exchange (MNE) to Provision against Office 365 with local Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft Online Directory Synchronization (MS Dirsync). This issue will typically occur in large Active Directory environments with multiple geographically placed Domain Controllers.

The following snippet is from MNE in verbose logging mode:

These errors may repeat themselves for upwards of 15 minutes waiting for Active Directory replication.
