When a user is trying to access a message that contains an attached message, they are prompted for credentials but the credentials fail. When the user hits cancel on the credential prompt he or she is not able to view the message and gets the following error from the webpage:
[401] Unauthorized: Cannot retrieve the message.
The following error can be seen from the AMIOWebService.wlog:
ERROR AMIO.Controller.ErrorsController - {{c17b95ee-bac0-46af-a2b2-2704e550dc41}} [706][Domain\UserID] - HTTP 401: UnauthorizedAccessException - Cannot retrieve the message.
-Typically a user with an Archive Manager administrator account is able to view the message and open the attached message fine.
-Open the Configuration Console
-Under the Advanced Settings tab, Add a new Config Property Named "Enable Delegate View Message" with the value 1
-Open a command prompt and perform an IISreset
-Have the user log out and back in to see if they are able to access the attached message email and attached message themself
