Description

When launching the MessageStats Console you receive Access Denied and it fails to open.
Cause

The current logged on user does not have Read Permissions to the MessageStats Database.
Resolution

Resolution 1:
Grant the user appropriate rights to the MessageStats Database in SQL.

Resolution 2:
Use the 'Runas' in Windows to launch the MessageStats Application Console and specify the MessageStats Service Account.
