Description
You have configured DB maintenance through the MessageStats console but the jobs error out with the following:
The job failed. The owner () of job Defrag does not have server access.
The job failed. The owner () of job Reindex does not have server access. -
Cause
The owner of the SQL Agent Job is not the MessageStats Service Account or an account that has rights to the MessageStats Database

Resolution
1. Open SQL Management Studio and navigate to the SQL Server Agent.
2. Click on the properties of the created Jobs and ensure that the user account running the job is a member of the Local MessageStats Admin group.
