After upgrading to 11.7.1.8361 Spotlight diagnostic server keeps crashing for long periods of time.
EDSException | -101 Disconnection occurred when waiting for a response from the Diagnostic Server
EADKException | -100 Not connected to Diagnostic Server
EDSException | 0 Could not connect to Diagnostic Server
Application even viewer for Diagnostic Server shows : serviceMain(): JVM terminated with OutOfMemoryError.

Resolution
Issue fixed in the current release of Spotlight on SQL Server Enterprise. Latest version of Spotlight can be downloaded from here. -
